Fantastic new disc from this progressive rock band from upstate New York. At first it seemed like a bit of a strange signing for Metal Blade, since there isn't a lot of metal going on here. But the more you listen you can hear similarities to Spock's Beard, a former Metal Blade band. Three has a very contemporary sound assimilating elements of SB, Rush, Echolyn, Coheed & Cambria, and Porcupine Tree. Nothing retro going on here. Tremendous musicianship and clever arrangements through out. There aren't any long jammed out tracks - they keep it tight - but they always keep it interesting. One of the more engaging newer bands I've heard. With them touring with Porcupine Tree apparently Steven Wilson agrees as well. Highly recommended - superb disc.

New edition comes with a bonus DVD featuring the band live in Worcester 4/27/07 as well as two videos. Oh yeah...the CD has a bonus track - a cover of Pink Floyd's "See Emily Play".

Rock moderno en donde se mezclan sonidos a lo porcupine tree (en su lado pop), Spock's Beard y coheed & cambria. Un trabajo bien realizado, pero que no llega a niveles notables ni mucho menos al de una obra maestra. Viene en digipack y trae un DVD con unos pocos temas en vivo y un par de videos.
