With Sascha Paeth mixing you know what to expect sonically - it has that big epic sound like most of his productions. There is a nice crunchy rock feel that leaves them closer to Lacuna Coil than not. Limited edition digipak version.

Excellent female fronted gothic rock with an 80's alternative/punk/electronica influence. Great production with tight, heavy guitars & quality musicianship. It took a few listens to penetrate my jaded metal shell but this has grown on me like a fungus. Vocally, Asrai sounds something like Lacuna Coil (No male vocals!) with eclectic 80's alternative/punk leanings (Siouxie, The Cure, etc.). She frequently displays sublime soaring vocal ability similar to Lacuna but that's not where her inspiration or passion lies & there's a lot more here than a clone band. There's great stuff here for dreamy 80's alternative, tight punk, hard rock fans. This gets better with each listen! I applaud the band for being true to their influences & releasing something "different". 5 Pyramids. Highly Recommended!
