British based BoP's fifth album finds vocalist Lance King gone only to be replaced by Biomechanoid's John K. Lance is a great singer and so is John K...but the change has really pushed the band into a new exciting direction. First off the music is noticibly more agressive but it's still very progressive and highly melodic. John K. sounds like the second coming of Geoff Tate (yeah...I know you've heard that before but it's really true). All in all easily one of the best prog metal albums to be released in 2003. Highest recommendation.

Kick ass prog metal start to finsih. John K. gives this band the balls that Lance King just did not seem to be able to deliver. The power metal cliches are long gone, replaced by solid progressive compositions that just oooze slabs of crunch. Get it before it's gone for good. Leyth
