Solo album from the former Royal Hunt lead vocalist. This is a more commercial form of melodic metal/hard rock. Not particularly progressive. BLOWOUT PRICE!

Average Rating
Great, highly melodic hard rock. Outstanding vocals!!! Great lyrics, songwriting, musicianship & production. The lead guitar work is compact but tasty. I personally like this better than "Royal Hunt - Paradox". The music is more groove/melodic guitar orientated & the keys are used in moderation & for atmosphere. Overall, it reminds a lot of "Yngwie Malmsteen's - Eclipse/Fire & Ice" with some american hard rock/pop metal riffage & updated production. Great Stuff! (Includes a cover of Uriah Heep's "EASY LIVING". This fun style of song gives you the wrong impression about the overall/remaining style of the album. Other than the cover, this is deep, rich music & lyrics.) 5 Pyramids. Highly Recommeded! A steal at $5.

Only solo album from one of the best vocalists on the planet. Not really prog metal, rather, a very tasty slab of melodic hard rock. Features a rockin' version of Uriah Heep's "Easy Living." For 5 bucks, you need to grab this one, if only for the pleasure of hearing DC in all his glory before his foray into power metal with Silent Force. Leyth
