First solo album from Nevermore's vocalist finds him dialing it down a bit but still staying within the power metal realm. Frankly I think this gives Dane an opportunity to really show off what his voice is still capable of. The production is quite modern and with backing by members of Soilwork and Himsa you can be sure that it slams when necessary. Is it embarassing if I say that I enjoyed this more than recent Nevermore? Dand still has a real gift and this disc demonstrates it with full force.
