One of the monster fusion albums of the 70s finally released on CD! This is the second album released by Wolfgang Dauner's Etcetera ensemble. Featured members include Larry Coryell, Gunter Lenz, Jon Hiseman (Colosseum), and Fred Braceful (Exmagma). The music cross pollinates different genres as it seamlessly blends rock and jazz. Dauner was always a great jazz pianist but he was able to meld with Coryell's feedback driven rock guitar effortlessly - even adding electronics to the mix. There is even some mind expanding weirdness along the way but it all comes together cohesively. Oh by the way - in case anyone was wondering about the label. HGBS is the company that owns the MPS catalog - this is 100% legit and I hope they dig into the rest of the MPS catalog. BUY OR DIE!!
