No idea what happened to A through G but it looks like H is this Argentinian band's first album. Deformica is an instrumental quintet featuring dual guitars, bass, drums and keys. Alejandro Carrau focuses quite a bit on Fender Rhodes but adds some spaced out sounds with his synths. The music has a dark, exploratory vibe reminiscent of the first NeBeLNeST album. Quite of bit of this sounds like it could have fit on the old French Crypto album. At a moments notice they evoke Shylock, King Crimson, Potemkine, Anekdoten and countless others. Quite a nice start I'd say. Recommended.
