Once he got out of the clutches of Delirium Records, Dirk Jan Muller's ensemble has been cranking out some amazing albums. Always consistent and always staying close to the 70s German underground rock sound, I can't think of one album of theirs that has disappointed me in years. Electric Orange albums always wear their influences on their sleeves but which influence depends on which album. Large parts of Krautrock From Hell channels the spirit of Can and other tracks have a raw psychedelic edge. Roaring, distorted organ juxtaposed with killer electric guitar leads, flute, hand percussion, Mellotron and myriad other instruments all figure through out the album. All killer - no filler, 100% krautrock inspired brilliance. Highly recommended.
