What memories I have of getting baked while listening to "Swastika Girls"! Originally released in 1973, it was basically a homemade collaboration between Fripp's guitar and 2 Revox recorders as well as Eno's VCS3 synthesizer. With Eno's aid Fripp would create loopings over which he would blast out amazing solos - all of which got received some manipulation via Eno's intervention. In addition to "Swastika Girls" the album's other track is "The Heavenly Music Corporation" and it is just that. This 2 disc set features both tracks played in reverse as well as a half speed playback of THMC. On the surface No Pussyfooting might just seem like one of those oddball releases that no one ever really listens to but I have to say its really quite great - particularly listening to Fripp's solos. Highly recommended if only just for the nostalgia.
