Second album from this California based progressive rock outfit led by bassist/keyboardist Ken Jacquess and drummer Doug Sanborn. Spock's Beard keyboardist Ryo Okumoto seems to most of the heavy lifting using his entire arsenal. Vocalist Josh Gleason sings in the Genesis tribute band The Waiting Room. To say he is a dead ringer for Peter Gabriel is an understatement. The real revelation is guitarist Karl Johnson. He plays with bite and complements the symphonic keys quite well. Progressive without sounding dated....well maybe a little dated. :) Highly recommended.

While a bit of a letdown from the heights achieved on the previous album, "Book Of The Dead," this outing still has a good solid blend of Gabriel-era Genesis and more contemporary neo-prog stylings. I think it definitely could grow on me with several more listens but it's going to take quite a while to get there given all of the great new releases that are flowing into my collection. Leyth

Definatly Not impressed at all with this new Release,Nothing new here, Sounds more Like a new "Unifaun" cd... Vocals seem to Drag out the songs, Ryo, is not playing up to his potential on this Cd..First Cd much better indeed...
