Long awaited followup to Featuring Ourselves is now here. Machacek moved from Austria to California and has been working with Terry Bozzio for some years now. Bozzio appears here as well as a number of other musicians. Machacek's writing still has strong undercurrents of Zappa and his playing definitely is still from the Holdsworth legato school. The music is a bit more diverse than Featuring Ourselves but I would say that it's high points are at least as good if not better. A classy fusion disc and easily recommended. A real grower.
