First time on CD for this great Basque progressive band. Originally released in 1981, for some reason its eluded reissue until now. Magdalena were a bit similar to Lisker - they did not employ any keyboards and the strong emphasis was on guitar and flute. The band actually had three guitarists in the band. The music is definitely "prog" but some of the local folk flavor permeates the melodies. I have been assured that this is an authorized edition - it appears as though its been licensed from some of the band members. Limited edition of 500 copies. Highly recommended.
