Italian band that has been kicked around for over a decade as a Marillion cover band. The Guns Of Marygold is their debut. The music is clearly rooted in the style of early Genesis and obviously Marillion. Their vocalist Guido Cavalleri has a husky voice that hovers somewhere between Gabriel and Wetton. The production could be a bit better but overall I found the old school sound quite enjoyable.
