Seventh studio album from this German power metal band. Mob Rules are a first class outfit that pretty much stick to the melodic power metal formula but they add just enough progressive touces to keep a progmetal fan like myself interested. I'm mainly drawn to compare the band to Brainstorm but the nice piano touches remind me of Savatage. The standout is the 18 minute "Oswald File" about the Kennedy assasination. A nice dose of drama again reminds me a bit of Savatage but I don't want to give the wrong impression - Mob Rules is a full blooded power metal band so don't expect anything overly complex. This one just slams beginning to end.
