First album from this Belgian offshoot from the sympho-rock band Ghiribizzi. Their name came about by accident They were supposed to be called Quantum Fantasy but an unfortunate typo on their demo stuck. This is intense space rock very much along the lines of Ozric Tentacles. Heavy outbursts of flute collide with laser-like synth leads and flowing guitar runs. While the Ozrics sound tired at this point in the game, Quantum Fantay have given the genre a fresh breath of life. This is cosmic rock that burns one moment and blisses out the next - and it all flows together coherently and seamlessly. Highly recommended.

Grupo Belga de rock progresivo psicodelico espacial, de excelente nivel. Para saber a que suenan estos Quantum Fantay, imaginemos una mezcla de OZRIC TENTACLES con la flauta de SOLARIS. La diferencia con OZRIC, que es Quantum Fantay desarrolan jams mas armonicos y elavorados, con un principio y un fin enmarcados en una composición instrumental definida, en cambio OZRIC son mas libres e improvisados. Por lo anterior, QF es como la base ritmica (bateria, bajo, teclados) de OZRIC, con un poco mas potencia, pero con solos de flauta al estilo de Solaris en versión psicodelica y solos de guitarra al estilo de Kingston Wall. Excelente para los amantes del progresivo psicodeico espacial.
