NTSC Region 0 DVD of Quidam's performance at the Wyspianski Theatre in Katowice on 11/15/05. The band has gone through a number of line up changes over the years and this has resulted in some shifts in musical direction as well. The music has more of a modern feel that reminds of Riverside and Porcupine Tree although there are still plenty of symphonic elements with flute playing an important part in the band's sound. The band does run through a medley of the "oldies" but the highlight of the disc may actually be their rearrangement/reinterpretation of Led Zeppelin's "No Quarter". Very cool indeed. Lots of video extras including studio clips and other live performances. One thing that should not be overlooked is the high quality of this set - it is in wide screen and was a obviously a multi camera shoot. I love when the cherrypicker gets those overhead shots of the band. Highly recommended.
