First solo album from Wigwam's guitarist released in 2007 (but a first for us). Pekka "Rekku" Rechardt is one of the real overlooked musicians in the progressive rock world. I suppose living in Finland can do that to you. This guy can really play! Snakecharm displays his bluesy psychedelic style leads - he sounds a bit like David Gilmour. Snakecharm is fronted by Five Fifteen vocalist Marika Liuski. There are four instrumentals on the album but whether Ms. Liuski's vocals are present or not Rechardt's awesome talents on guitar are always on display.
