Nick van Dyk has done it again. Another masterpiece that will easily be on everyone's year end top 10 list. Ray Alder sounds very comfortable here and frankly as much as I love The Fullness Of Time, the production is better on this one. Credit Tommy Newton, who was their for the tracking and mixing this time. Great epic songs with a cinematic feel. About as good as it gets these days. Highest recommendation. A monster effort.

Brilliant CD overall, and the closing track is one of the best songs I've heard in years. This should be in every prog-metal collection.

This is phenomenal stuff, a must have. This band is 3 for 3. This leaves you eagerly anticipating the next Redemption CD. Progressive music as it is supposed to be. Great musicianship, Ray Alder singing, does it get better?

An astounding achievement! This album hasn't left my CD player since I got it. The first two Redemption CDs were great (especially the last one, The Fullness of Time), but this one is nothing short of mesmerizing. The Origins of Ruin captivates and transports me. Pure musical magic. Beautiful melodies, jaw-dropping musicianship, and a CD-ending song that leaves me uplifted and nearly speechless. Highly recommended.
