Third album from the retro hard rock/stoner rock kings. Siena Root recorded this album in 2007 and has an ever so slightly different sound to the follow up Different Realities. There is a definite Deep Purple/Led Zeppelin vibe that dominates the sound but also a early 70s West Coast sound as well. In other words imagine that one off gig where Jorma Kaukonen subbed for Jimmy Page and you'll get a sense of where they are leading you. The 'tron is here but doesn't get a tremendous amount of use. Lots of nice organ splashes, flute, and sitar...and lots and lots of killer guitar breaks. Every time I hear Siena Root they rule my world. Highly recommended.
