Personally I wasn't a fan of "Younique". After the mighty "Behind" album it came as a bit of a let down. Superior has now come roaring back with "Ultima Ratio" a progressive metal concept work that echoes back to their debut. Fans of Dream Theater would do well to pick up this effort that features great melodies, fantastic vocals and brilliant musicianship filled with intricate arrangments. Lots of twists and turns to keep you guessing. Still not as good as "Behind" but pretty damned near close. Maybe with time and a few more spins that will change. Deluxe digipak edition at a special price!
