Legit reissue with 3 bonus tracks and a video clip. Taramis were a short lived band from Australia that cut two albums before disappearing into the ether. They actually had some success with their second album being released on Metal Blade (never came out on CD). Stretch Of The Imagination was the band's first release from 1991. Its been out of print for years and is a bit of a rarity (I guess until now). The band offers up excellent blend of thrash and technical metal. Vocalist Shane Southby sings into the stratosphere but at least he doesn't growl and is far more listenable than Alan Tecchio. I make that comparison because Watchtower is probably the most similar band to Taramis. A solid piece of progressive metal history.
