Third album from this Brooklyn based prog band. While their previous releases were looooong krautrock inspired jams, Sweet Dreams finds the band tightening up their sound ever so slightly. Still very much prog rock with long synth solos and they jam insanely but it doesn't have that "recorded in a basement in Cologne" sound. Now its more like "we moved upstairs into Dieter Dierks new studio". The band also seems to draw influences from 70s British hard rock with some added aggression that wasn't present on the previous discs. Highly recommended.
