I've been waiting for a reissue of this for years and years. Recorded in 1975 for the Finnish Hi-Hat label, Uni Sono was a supergroup of sorts. It featured some of the top Finnish jazz rock musicians, most notable of which was master bassist Pekka Pohjola. Other members were Reino Laine (drums), Paroni Paakkunaien (flute, saxes, et al), Olli Ahvenlahti (keyboards), and Nono Soderberg (guitar). A lot of these names crop up on various Finnish prog and fusion albums during the 70s - frequently of Pohjola's solo albums. The album consists of five long instrumental tracks and there is great interaction between all the musicians and everyone gets to strut their stuff. Quite tastefully done, the music probably leans towards to jazz side of fusion which is not a bad thing at all. Highly recommended.
