Stunning gothic doom metal from Oz that goes heavy on the atmospheric element. The opening piece "Opera De Romance" sounds like a metal version of Orff's "Carmina Burana". Interesting lineup features clean but deep male lead vocals and a female guitarist. Cello, choirs,and synth strings really lay the dark ominous vibe on heavy. I can hear musical similarities to Devil Doll, After Forever, and even some of the black metal bands like Emperor. Overall this one blew me away from the first note. New US edition has a bonus CD-EP of their earlier "Trance" release.
