New sci-fi themed concept album from this Italian speed metal band really shows off vocalist Michelle Lupi. He has traces of an accent (don't all Italian singers?) but what a voice! I was surprised that the music had a little bit of a lighter tone - at times approaching AOR. When it comes to speedy power metal Vision Divine may well be the perfect machine.
