Zombi is a two man band originally based out of Pittsburgh, now transplanted to Chicago. Living up to their namesake, Zombi creates instrumental progressive rock HEAVILY influenced by Goblin, Fabio Frizzi and even mid-70s Tangerine Dream. This is dark stuff that conjures up music for an imaginary giallo. As you listen to it you can visualize the black gloved hand coming out from behind the door. Steve Moore and A.E. Paterra play keys and drums, respectively, with both playing bass guitar. Think "Suspiria" crossed with "The Beyond" soundtrack and a dash of "Rubycon" thrown in for good measure. Creepy stuff.
