Excellent German gothic metal from Hall of Sermon.

"Released on 16/11/09. CD1 – Thunder Steel. This 1988 album takes everything that was metal at the time and is a classic combining thrashing guitars and pounding percussion indicative of the underground thrash movement of the time.

EP from these Italian power metal kings.

Swedish power metal band produced by Andy LaRoque. For the Hammerfall/Helloween crowd.

Nice stop gap release until their third album comes out. This features 3 tracks that were previously exclusive to Japan, 1 track from the upcoming album as well as an unreleased tune. There is also a video for "Time To Rock".

New album from this actually not bad French band offering up a classic thrash sound.

New 4 track EP foreshadows the US release of Delusions Of Grandeur. It features one unreleased track plus you get the "Evermore" video from the Prog Power USA performance.
$9.00 -
Third album from this superb progressive cyber-metal band from Germany. Their second album "Mirror Of Creation" was released on a small independent German label and was always difficult to track down (or keep in stock). Although well received it didn't boost the band's popularity.

Excellent melodic power metal from Sweden. It seems as though this is their second release and features a new singer, Mikael Holm who I thought was quite fine. The main man behind Winterlong is guitarist Thorbjorn Englund who adds a bit of a neoclassical touch without getting overbearing.
$12.00 -
Second album from this melodic metal ensemble featuring the Jansson brothers - Benny and Bjorn, as well as the Mind's Eye rhythm section of Daniel Flores and Johan Niemann.

Excellent new Dutch prog metal supergroups of sorts. Sphere of Souls was put together by former Sun Caged vocalist Andre Vuurboom. For a time there was an excellent band called Autumn Equinox that never lasted long enough to record an album (but their demos killed).
$14.00 -
Basically it's what you expect from the name. This is an instrumental fusion of neoclassical guitar and synthesized orchestra. It reminds me of Jonas Hansson's Classica album as well as some of Uli Jon Roth's recent works.
$13.00 -
OK...make it 4 for 4. Another outstanding effort from this German cyber-metal band that will sit high on most people's top 10 list come year end.
$14.00 -
New gothic metal project put together by Lion Music mainman Lars Eric Mattsson. He's written and recorded all of the music but has newcomer Eliza Pezzuto on vocals.
$8.00 -
US/Italian progressive power metal fronted by a vocalist with amazing skills (and very long hair!).
$14.00 -
Third album from this Greek melodic metal band. Like so many of the releases on LMP, these guys are pretty much indistinguishable from the next one. Nothing awful but nothing particularly wonderful either. OK move along...
$13.00 -
Second album from this Irish power metal band. This was originally released privately by the band but with their signing to LMP, the album was repackaged, resequenced and remastered. I'm not sure I hear much of the progressive elements mentioned in the blurg.
$14.00 -
Traditional US power metal from this Brooklyn based band that has been kicking around for some time and have now hooked up with LMP. 80s metal perfect for folk that like songs about "fire in the sky", "running out of time" and having "no place to run".
$ 7.80$ 13.00 -
It seems to me that this is a power metal band that doesn't get enough attention - probably because they are based out of Australia. The music has plenty of that galloping speed element (which I could use less off) but great vocals and melody (which I can never get enough of).
$15.00 -
Live recording documenting Marty Friedman's tour of Europe. Notable for the participation of one Mr. Ron Jarzombek as second guitarist (soloist).
