Fifth album from this Finnish female fronted gothic metal band and first one in seven years. These guys and girl have definitely been listening to Lacuna Coil in the interim. The band's game is a catchy melodic hooked filled metal/rock mix.

Import digipak comes with one bonus track and a glossy print. Lacuna Coil broke out big time thanks to hit videos and a successful Ozzfest tour. Their last album, Karmacode, sold over 200,000 copies in the US. Pretty impressive for an Italian gothic metal band!

This is the German gothic metal band's sixth album and the first since the tragic accident that took the life of two members. The band is still led by vocalist Helen Vogt who sings in a midrange with great control and confidence.

Norwegian gothic metal kings. Extremely epic in sound due to the heavy orchestration and use of choirs. Female vocals are present but primarily in a supporting role. Male vocals range between typical growling and clean.

"'A Sign of Sublime', the debut offering from Sarah Jezebel Deva, was a really promising debut, but she wasn't happy with it. So she's trying to do more of the album she wants with the second album The Corruption of Mercy.

Third album from this up and coming French band. Kells is fronted by Virginie Goncalves, yet another in the seemingly endless stream of gorgeous front women with a voice that matches the looks (I think they cultivate these women on a secret farm).

Napalm does it again...from the guys that brought you Tristania and The Sins Of Thy Beloved comes a band from Liechtenstein (!) called Elis. Formerly known as Erben Der Schpfung, this female fronted gothic metal band will hit the right spot for fans of The Gallery, Edenbridge and Delight.

Should really be called gothic progressive rock. Chalice featured the vocals of Shiralee Morgan. Some bands have one hot looking female member - Chalice has two. The band also includes the equally stunning flautist Alana Probert.

Fantastic second album from this Australian gothic/progressive band. In many ways I hear similarities to White Willow but these guys are crunchier. Great vocals from Shiralee - one of my fav albums in the genre.

Excellent German gothic metal from Hall of Sermon.

New album from this seminal gothic metal band sounds NOTHING like their previous work. In fact not sure I'd classify this as metal as all. Working with a variety of vocalists the band is creating a weird blend of trip-hop and dark industrial sounds.
